Information Required to start RMA or Return Process
- Proof of Purchase (sales receipt, invoice, packing slip)
- Description of problem
- Product name, model number, and serial number
- Picture of the unit showing the UPC silver label with the serial number on it
- UPS Model number
When we receive your request, we will issue you an RMA Number to ship the defective product at your expense to:

Please pack the product in its original package or adequate packaging in order to avoid damage. The replacement or refund will be processed once the defective unit or product is received and evaluated. Please provide a tracking number if possible, to assist us.
NOTE: Reduced runtimes does not qualify as a valid reason for return.
