If you purchased the product from Amazon and you are within 30 days of your purchase date, please contact Amazon for your replacement.  If your purchase date is after 30 days, we require the information below to start the return process. 

 Information Required to start RMA Process

  • Proof of Purchase (sales receipt, invoice, packing slip)
  • Description of problem
  • Product name, model number, and serial number  
  • Picture of the unit showing the UPC silver label with the serial number on it   
  • UPS Model number  

When we receive your request, we will issue you an RMA Number to ship the defective product at your expense to:

Please pack the product in its original package or adequate packaging in order to avoid damage. The replacement will be sent out once the defective unit is received back and evaluated.

NOTE: Reduced runtimes does not qualify as a valid reason for return.
